Tiny Warriors Foundation is deeply grateful for every donation made through this website. Because contributions are used to fund urgent medical care as quickly as possible, our refund policy is as follows:
General policy
Donations made through tinywarriorsfoundation.com are generally non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, funds are allocated toward the featured child’s medical care, and in many cases begin being used within days of receipt.
Errors and duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate donation, an incorrect amount, or a technical issue during checkout — please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at contact@tinywarriorsfoundation.com. We will review each request individually and issue a refund where a genuine error is confirmed.
Recurring donations
If you set up a recurring donation and wish to cancel future charges, contact us at the email above and we will cancel it promptly. This does not entitle you to a refund of past payments already processed.
Before disputing a charge
If a charge is unclear or unfamiliar, please reach out to us directly first — most issues can be resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first may delay resolution and can affect our ability to process future donations efficiently.
